WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION? Originate, build and process compliant loan files for State Farm Bank Interact directly with customers communicating rates, terms, product features and countering objections Provide sales support for State Farm agents, team members and Agency Field Offices communicating rates, terms, product features and countering objections Assist in communications to customers regarding approvals, denials and product information Answer the loan department phone line Support new product development and implementation through system and procedural testing WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION? Experience preparing legal and compliant loan documentation helpful ITEMS OF NOTE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Previous Home Lending and/or Banking experience preferred. Positions available in Home Equity and Mortgage departments. High level of organizational skills and multitasking skills a plus. Will work occasional Saturdays and occasional 10:15am -7:00pm shift.
