WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION? Serves as a liaison between various State Farm Agency Field Offices and Agency RecruitingCreates, prepares, executes and provides coaching for the Agency Intern Learning Path at the Zone levelMonitors and directs New Agent appointment activities for all zone new agent appointmentsEffectively moves agency interns forward in the process in the face of licensing status, intern schedule, field development, appointment activities, etc. Tracks progress of intern licensing and required classes during the intern processAttends Agency Intern Coordinator conference calls and/or annual conferences hosted by Corporate L&D and communicates to appropriate agency field leadership WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION? Works proactivelyFacilitation and communication skills ITEMS OF NOTE May work extended hours and on weekendsPosition requires travel via commercial transportation or driving a motor vehicle ADDITIONAL INFORMATION External applicants: Experience as a State Farm agent's team member helpful.
