WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION? Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto claims in an assigned area to include verification of coverage, legal liability and extent of damage to persons, and property Assist agents in the settlement of claims May prepare written or computerized estimates in loss settlement Conducts special projects as assigned WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?
