The Security Technology Group is looking for a highly driven, execution-focused, and analytical individual to drive pricing and profitability analysis for the Security Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). You will be a key player in enabling the sale and profitability of a new offer in security software licenses. The role provides cross-functional visibility through direct partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business Development, Cisco Capital, Legal and other functions on a regular basis. Initial responsibilities include: - Provide recommendations on pricing and deal structure for initial ELA pipeline customers - Perform ELA margin analysis - Design a scalable pricing/profitability model for the next phase of ELA deals - Influence short term and long term royalty structures/strategies - Generate ELA forecast/P&L projections - Work with the Corporate Revenue team to address revenue recognition implications The successful candidate will demonstrate: - Established track record of relevant pricing analytics experience; experience with software subscription/SaaS model a plus - Willingness to “think outside the box” and “do whatever it takes” to deliver results as his/her efforts will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of ground - Detail-orientation, ability to develop / maintain / audit complex financial models - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to understand and develop insights into complex business/market data, and ability to draw reasoned conclusions based on sound data interpretation. - Good communications skills with the ability to convey key take-aways in a concise manner - Good teamwork and collaboration skills, track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams - Advanced Excel modeling skills and competency in PowerPoint, Business Objects, Hyperion Essbase - A BS degree and 7 years of related experience or CPA/MBA and 5 years of related experience Table.Right {float: Right;text-align: Right;border:0;padding:3px;} DIV.VEclearFloatAfterElement {clear:both;visibility:hidden;height:0px;} Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer Cisco is an E-Verify employer.
