Job Description: 
Responsibilities

•  Manages all marketing aspects for Regional top KPI’s to reach/exceed targets by measuring success and provide ROI of all programs.
•  Contribute new, innovative ideas for meeting aggressive Key Performance Indicators related to churn reduction, revenue accretion, device upgrade rates, Smartphone take rates, growth, etc.
•  Identify non-traditional opportunities to promote Verizon wireless products/services not limited to grass roots marketing and event marketing
•  Develop & support regional sales channels with customer loyalty projects to improve customer satisfaction, improve the customer experience, increase base under contract & reduce overall churn. Provide monthly churn analysis.
•  Regularly performs competitive analysis and recommends strategies to improve market position and knowledge of Sales Channels.
•  Develop and execute Regional go to market programs/campaigns to drive awareness and sales of key products/services. Participate in Area meetings to determine business communication and campaign needs to support effort.
•  Responsible for creating/implementing an ongoing communication for competitive landscape in order to more effectively market Verizon Wireless Products/services.
•  Sales channel support of Communications Stores and Indirect Sales. Perform regularly scheduled visits to identify and document needs, assisting in the overall improvement of sales and revenue performance of regional sales channels through feedback, recommendations and strategy development and execution.
•  Compile and deliver PowerPoint presentations that summarize Regional KPIs, CRM strategy, tactical initiatives, program results, etc; deliver to internal VZW Marketing teams, the expanded Marketing and Sales Ops organization, leadership team(s), etc.
•  Communication development - interprets need for and develops additional communication touch-points (InfoManager OST, etc.)
•  Regional NPS liaison responsible for participating in regularly scheduled NEA NPS calls. Review NPS reporting on a daily basis & providing weekly & monthly updates on results. Develop & implement regional NPS recognition programs with the affected channels.
•  Collect/analyze customer profile data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations on marketing programs
•  Manage regional sales contests for all sales channels including contest communication, tracking results and reporting final results. Act as regional liaison for NEA and HQ sponsored sales contests focusing on augmentation of elements to support NE Region market growth.

Qualifications

-5 years marketing experience. Retail sales and/or operations background preferred. -BS, BA required. -Proven, advanced knowledge of Microsoft—PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access -Adaptable and team-oriented with the ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels -Experience with competitive analysis and trends. -Experience in leading projects/programs with ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams -Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a high-paced environment -Strong organizational, detailed oriented, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, oral and written communications skills required -Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Results-oriented – forward thinking, innovative and creative mindset -Strong leadership, consensus-building and problem-solving skills -Ability to think creatively and express ideas and results clearly -Must have the ability to translate strategic goals into creative solutions -Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
