We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Field Claims Manager for Auto Physical Damage (APD) to build a rewarding career with us in Portland, OR. This position will oversee the claims handling procedures in Oregon and other offsite/virtual claims offices in multi-state jurisdictions.

In this exciting and challenging position you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Auto Physical Damage claims team including, but limited to:
• Overseeing a Staff of Team Leaders and Clerical Staff in both local and offsite offices • Budget preparation and control • Strategic business planning • Conducting case reviews and claims file audits • Claims Reporting on goals, budgets, overall claims operations • Reviewing the settlement or referral activity in assigned area to ensure sound systems, service, and security • Compliance with published company procedures • Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates MUST possess the following: • Four-year college degree • Minimum of 5 years supervisory claims experience with a strong technical background • Supervisory/Leadership experience • Excellent customer service and communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills
