CEDAR GROVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS: ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL - Must possess valid NJ School Principal certificate or eligibility, hold Masters degree. Advanced degree in Educational Leadership preferred. Ten plus years successful teaching experience at K-8 level required, prior administrative experience desired. Leadership skills within curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, school budgeting, scheduling, student discipline, special education, understanding of student assessments, infusion of technology, middle states experience and understanding of data driven decisions. Proven interpersonal and communication skills with parents, staff, and fellow administrators. Understanding of data driven decisions. Required criminal history background check & proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident in the United States.
