Responsibilities The Coordinator will support the daily activity related to Direct Fulfillment orders shipping from our outsourced Distribution Centers. The Coordinator will resolve discrepant orders, issue refunds, research customer inquiries, resolve orders undeliverable by the carrier and work with the Fraud Department to reduce unnecessary fraudulent shipments. The candidate will improve customer experience by resolving discrepancies timely. • Utilize Order manager, Order Tracker, and ACSS to research and resolve customer related discrepancies and requests submitted via Direct Fulfillment ITTS. • Facilitate weight tests with the warehouse(s) for orders reported via ITTS to be discrepant. File freight claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages. • Ensure cancel order requests are canceled with the warehouse vendor(s) and refunds issued for any order that did not ship. Update daily reports on the department share drive. • Review and research orders on the Fix Report daily. Provide resolution (cancel, change carrier, update SID, provide MIN/MDN etc...) to warehouse vendor(s) to ensure orders ship timely. Update daily reports on the department shared drive. • Monitor the Undeliverable Hotline daily. Utilize Order manager, Order Tracker, and ACSS to identify address information. Work with Area Contacts for assistance in locating accurate addresses to provide the carrier. Update daily reports on the department share drive. Qualifications • 2-3 years experience of direct fulfillment distribution principles and practices • 2-3 years experience with Distribution Center processes and procedures • 2-3 years experience with warehouse vendor systems (Order Manager, ETOS) preferred • 2-3 years experience of current equipment SKU and product line • 2-3 years experience of customer service skills required with internal and external customers • ITTS, ACSS, Net Ace and Vision billing system experience preferred • Good communications skills required, both written and verbal • Experience working in a fast paced environment with a high volume of activity required • Ability to communicate effectively throughout multiple levels of the organization required Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v. |
