Maintains accurate and timely understanding of financial status for the organization. Writes Statements of Work for outsourced resources. Completes processing of SOWs to generate Purchase Orders. Tracks invoicing against open purchase orders and maintains financial status spreadsheet for the organization for budgeting and accrual purposes. 2) Project Management Performs project management of complex, multidisciplinary go-to-market projects. Develops, maintains, and tracks detailed project plan for multiple efforts contributing to overall project completion. Manages and communicates among multidisciplinary teams to understand dependencies and resourcing for the complete project. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization from the lowest level contributor up to the director-level. 3) Mentoring and Process Creation Demonstrates leadership skills through interactions and communications with peers. Performs mentoring of coworkers to improve the overall skills of the organization. For new content development activities, lead in the creation of processes and best practices for staff. 4) Interface with customers as needed to gather requirements and provide project status and outcomes.
