These Solutions are at various stages of CPAD framework, and are being developed & driven by the Solutions teams that are focused on one or more vertical markets. The Interactive Services team (I-Services), under Cisco’s Emerging Solutions Group, is seeking a talented individual with Digital Media and Web/Video technology background and significant depth developing and rolling out new solutions. This individual will aggressively position our portfolio of solutions to key customers and partners across the European theater. The Cisco Interactive Services Solution brings together multiple digital media endpoints to deliver a rich, interactive experience for end users and efficient management for Cisco customers. This solution comprises hardware, software and support products delivered as an integrated solution. This role is expected is to greatly accelerate our Interactive Services solution adoption across customers and partners in Europe His/her primary goals are to: • Develop a strong customer sales pipeline and help “close the deal” for major opportunities. • Aggressively recruit and enable the right partners to sell I-Services. • Drive field enablement activities with EMEA sales. • Collaborate cross functionally across One Cisco to enable scaling. • The ideal candidate will have a reasonable IT background encompassing technology planning, business partner interaction, senior management responsibilities, and a track record working with new, industry changing solutions. Solution Selling/Consulting - The ideal candidate will have served in senior consulting or solution roles in addition to IT technology roles. A developed understanding of Cisco’s Sales functions, Partner functions, and related GTM strategies is a requirement for success in this position. The candidate must have a demonstrated ability to accurately perceive partner and field sales needs to create the necessary collateral, training to enable adoption. Communication and Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional, cross-organizational partnerships working with Sales, Channels, Business Units, WW Technology Practices, Advanced Service Delivery, and Services Marketing to define go to market plans for new growth markets. Exemplary communications skills and significant experience with presenting to senior business leaders is required (oral & written). Confidence speaking to partner & customer executives paired with ability to distill information and to listen carefully. Comfort speaking to large audiences with virtual and live whiteboard skills a plus. Required Experience: 10+ years experience in the following; • Increasing responsibility in job functions • Business/sales development for complex deals (e.g. hw, sw, and services) • Leading and crafting multi-million dollar service solutions and GTM programs • Experience in partner ecosystem development and enablement • Proven ability to influence via innovative and outstanding communication skills (virtual, written and oral) • Ability to roll up sleeves, think creatively, and resolve problems while focusing on the strategic goals of the customer and Cisco • Demonstrated success and IT experience with emphasis around networking products, data center networking, and application integration, and service and support strategies • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required.
