WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?

Answers telephone and/or e-mail inquiries from customers and agents
Initiates, activates, and services accounts
Contacts customers and/or vendors to obtain information or resolve problems
Processes and/or routes transactions, requests, and inquiries using established procedures


WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

Knowledge of bank products
Basic understanding of response center or processing center dynamics

Entry into this job family may require passing additional background checks
May work a non-traditional schedule including weekends, evenings, overnights, and/or holidays
May be required to work overtime
May be required to attain and retain state licenses


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

BILINGUAL SKILLS IN SPANISH REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. Please don't apply if you are not bilingual.


SIGNIFICANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer incoming customer and agent phone calls into Mortgage Loan Services call center to understand the caller's intent, answer mortgage/home equity questions, and/or route them to the appropriate area.
* Make some outbound calls.
* Majority of time will be spent on the phone providing Remarkable customer service.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Mortgage/Home Equity and/or Banking background a plus but not required
* Customer service experience desired
* Strong customer focus
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Communications skills

****Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Shifts are 7 hours 45 minutes.
****Will require working a rotation on the 10:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift and some occational Saturdays.
