The IT Program Manager will lead new projects and provide functional support for various systems and applications for our internal customers. This position will the main liaison between business users and technical teams to identify, analyze and translate needs into specifications. This role will actively participate in all phases of the project life cycle and be responsible for understanding end-to-end process and analyzing current business processes to determine changes to the procedures to achieve optimal results. Qualifications: •Bachelor degree in IT or a related discipline is required. •Extensive experience with Oracle applications is required and Data Warehouse experience is a plus. •Candidates must have Oracle ERP experience •Qualified candidates will have 8-12 years of Systems functional experience and experience across the entire systems implementation lifecycle (including Assess, Design, Build, Test, and Implement) •Demonstrated ability to present ideas and information in group settings with strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand. •Demonstrated ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
