The role will serve as “chief catalyst” to help drive the transformational change described by the program charter: Enable a differentiated global service experience for customers through an integrated multi-channel engagement model centered around collaboration and knowledge sharing. This individual will be expected to concurrently exhibit thought leadership and analytical rigor in shaping strategy while driving planning, decision making, accountability and results against the plan. He/she is expected to leverage the context gained from planning to develop and articulate strategy that is high impact and actionable. As a member of a small, high-profile, high-performance, fast-paced internal Service Delivery transformation team , this role provides great perspective and exposure playing a significant role in enabling Cisco Services & the Service Delivery transformation.
