Gives guidance, communications and assistance to Division Marketing Managers; and through Division Marketing Managers to District Managers, to the end that Life production and PIF Gain goals set by the Regions are met. In addition, provides advice and assistance on advanced underwriting issues (e.g., pricing and quotations) and assists with the training of Life Sales Representatives.
Directs the planning and development of Life training courses conducted at the regional, division and district levels. Maintains close liaison with the Division Marketing Managers to coordinate Life training activities. Provides Life instructions, both technical and sales, at the Regional office and in the field. Works with Division Marketing Managers and District Managers in the promotion of Life sales to the end that their goals and objectives are met. Assists District Managers and Agents in all phases of writing and servicing insurance (this includes visits into the field to directly assists in all phases of writing and servicing Life accounting for training purposes only). As a member of the Regional Sales staff, works with Division Marketing Managers, and District Managers in analyzing deficiencies and developing corrective programs. Analyzes Regional Life operation and recommends corrective programs to supervisor. Analyzes and evaluates Regional marketing trends, Life penetration and product development needs and through the Regional Marketing Manager, makes recommendations to the Life Marketing Department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Four-year college degree and the CLU designation. Property & Casualty, Life, 6, 63, & 26 licenses required. Field Management Sales program must be completed within first 12 months of employment. (March 2011)
