Join our great sales team in our North Phoenix, AZ office! 21st Century is hiring 20 Sales Representatives!!
**Training Class begins Monday, April 30th, 2012** Paid 7 week training is Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm
Shift/Schedule after training: TBD but will be a set schedule week to week and some schedules include a Saturday or Sunday.
Base Salary plus opportunity to earn incentive/commission based on exceeding monthly sales goals!!!
Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Receive incoming calls from potential customers (No cold calling!) • Provide insurance quotes and information in a courteous and professional manner • Meet all sales performance objectives in accordance with company risk selection criteria and sound ethical sales methods and procedures
Sales Representatives gather data from potential customers required to generate accurate quotes and ultimately bind the business. They also answer customer questions regarding coverage and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate coverage.
• Ability to excel in a structured work environment • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Besides some sedentary work, job duties require some or all of the following physical activities: Standing, carrying/lifting up to 10 pounds, seeing and hearing, walking, reaching, pushing and pulling, and speaking, reading, and writing.
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
High School Diploma/GED Personal Lines License - obtain through training
• Previous sales experience • Previous call center or retail experience • Stable work history • High School diploma/GED • Proficient Computer skills and ability to type 25 wpm
