This Community Administrator will work closely with the Community Managers and others to help design and implement IWE communities and experiences that delivers value and drive ongoing participation and adoption. The communities will be a focal point for organizations and executives to get information and collaborate on topics and issues relevant to their areas of interest. The Community Administrator will be the subject matter expert on the use of standard IWE and other social media capabilities and will act as the business analyst to define and document new features and capabilities, partnering with IT and the IWE technical team for platform inclusion. • Define and deliver creative designs and deployments of the IWE community experience including: content, collaboration, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns to facilitate the overall objectives for one or more communities. • Partner with internal organizations to expand the overall community effectiveness and use in delivering an improved workforce experience. Gather community input and requirements to facilitate the future development of the community. • Gather and analyze success metrics and monitor communities for growth, value, effectiveness, and participation. Respond to issues and formulate plans to improve areas of concern. • Coordinate activities and plans with the IWE platform roadmap and modifications. Inform Community Manager and stakeholders of new and improving capabilities that should be considered in the design of programs and campaigns. • Represent the communities across the company; attending meetings and events on infrastructure and environment in order to keep communities updated. Research and explore ways to utilize the IWE platform to improve the experience of the community. • Implement the community operational plans and be responsible for the tasks required for its execution. Required Skills: • Good technical understanding of IWE pb Quad and how to deploy the capabilities provide by the platform. Technical understanding of web publishing and media deployment also a must. • Hands on experience with social media capabilities and the development and deployment of web content of any type. • Exceptional team member willing to take responsibilities and deliver in all types of situations and time lines. • Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proven ability to influence and build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams. Operate as the subject matter expert teaching and instructing others on the use of capabilities and functions. • Ability to work effectively in a global virtual team environment.
