You will be working with teams that are internal as well as external Engineering and manufacturing teams. Job Requirements: 1. Ability to lead a team of various hardware disciplines 2. Have a strong technical background to be able to make quick decisions on project direction 3. Communicate to teams within Cisco, including Marketing, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Test. Also have abilities to work with teams outside of Cisco. 4. Create and manage project budgets 5. Create and manage aggressive project schedules 6. Experience working with Wireless Local Area Networking products 7. Have demonstrated experience with taking projects from concept to production Technical Background: 1. Minimum of 10 years experience with a BS in Engineering 2. Excellent communication skills 3.
