Directs and coordinates all phases of recruiting in an effort to accomplish individual and collective goals as established by the Co mpanies. Researches, develops, recommends and administers all staffing design, recruiting functions, hiring practices and new employment programs. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training guiding and developing a team of highly qualified recruiters in the Agen cyPoint.
Supervises, hires, reviews, trains, evaluates assigned personnel. (See Supervisory Responsibility description on Employee Dashboard.) Researches, analyzes, and recommends programs and methods to recruit Farmers agents, including demographic analysis in order to capture Market share. Coordinates and provides guidance to outside vendors for the preparation or purchase of employee\resume tracking software programs. Develops and administers agent referral program, recommends referral bonuses and selects target jobs for referral. Develops and implements promotional opportunities and incentives for recruiters to surpass established goals. Develops and implements multiple active and passive recruiting systems for recruiting new agents. Develops and implements tracking systems to monitor the recruiting systems in the AgencyPoint. Conducts agent interviews and agency career seminars, maintains continuing liaison with centers of influence. Conducts cost analyses of recruiting systems and recommend changes as necessary. Coordinates, approves and provides guidance to outside vendors for the quarterly advertising campaign design in the areas of general recruiting, college recruiting and diversity. Leads recruiter meeting with AgencyPoint Director and/or AgencyPoint Manager, all recruiters and a trainer to review all candidates prior to second interview. Reviews all Application Station submissions and adjudicates subsequent BIG reports as necessary. Trains and instructs recruiters on BIG guidelines and items to watch for during interview process. Implements recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection procedures for the AgencyPoint. Works with AgencyPoint Director, AgencyPoint Manager, Sales Manager and Finance Manager in developing marketing plans to meet established growth goals. Assists in preparing center and division analysis to indentify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans. Reviews and evaluates the Agency Development results within the AgencyPoint, takes prompt action to remedy weaknesses utilizing the resources provided by the Marketing Support function. Meets with AgencyPoint Director, AgencyPoint Manager, Sales Manager and Finance Manager to review recruiting results in order to better identify possible trends in candidate type, background or traits in order to drive higher career success and blue vase/CBV results. Promotes favorable public image of the Companies, and through that participation identifies prospective recruiter candidates. Perform other duties as assigned.

Four years experience with FIG, including 3 years with Field Operations and/or Marketing exposure in a salary grade 34 or above or equivalent District Manager or Agent experience.
Must obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses with in 6 months. Local travel required to development Centers of Influence and job fair sites. Knowledge or experience with various sales distribution methods, i.e., direct, internet, etc. Written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and project management skills.
