Responsible for completing assigned tasks in support of Business Integration Program Management as defined by Business Integration Program Managers. Assigned tasks include assisting with the development of project plans and status reports, coordination of project meetings, and communication among the project teams. The PC II level requires less direction from the Business Integration Program Manager than a PC I level when creating status reports and reviewing compliance with PMO standards.
Provide project planning, scheduling, and reporting support to the project team. Provide support during the Project Planning Phase including the development of Project Plans, Scope, and/or CAP. Gather project plan details from the project management team and assemble into a project plan. Develop and maintain the project staffing plans, actively working out issues in the plan. Develop and maintain project reports as assigned: e.g., weekly project status reports, resource planning reports, risk management reports, and other management reports as required. Maintain project tracking logs, e.g., actions, issues, minutes, anomalies, PSTs, problems, change, and risk. Schedule and coordinate meetings/workshops for project team. Develop Project Presentation Materials. Communicate project management information between the Business Integration Program Management Office, Program Director, Program Manager, Team Manager, and other Program Office Coordinators, and the project staff, as required. Assist the Project Manager by monitoring compliance to Business Integration Program Management Office standards and procedures. Also, assist the Business Integration Project Director by monitoring project budget and schedule. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position will work in Business Intelligence.
Candidate must be an advanced user in MS Excel. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment
Four-year college degree in computer science, computer information systems, or business.
Four years experience associated with project planning and execution.
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point
