This position will also be responsible for preparing critical data and analyses for: monthly reporting to senior management; quarterly reviews and annual audits by the internal and external auditors; and, in financial forecasts, the annual budget and long-range financial plans. Additionally, this position will focus on continuous improvement by identifying and implementing more efficient ways to collect, analyze and process financial data.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform monthly financial close process by preparing various monthly analyses, reconciliations and journal entries.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial schedules and analyses to be used in management reporting, forecasts, budgets and long-range financial plans. Frequently present these schedules and analyses to senior management in Finance providing further insight into actual results.
•Support the external audit process, including preparation of client-prepared schedules for quarterly audit reviews, SOX 404 testing and for the annual audit.
•Drive efficiencies by participating in and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and participating in special projects.
•Attend and participate in Company meetings; participate in training classes and other activities to increase self development" />

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Four year degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent business experience
•One to three years of accounting experience, specifically in an analytical role
•Strong accounting skills including general knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
•Strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint
