The demonstrations also show what we believe is the vision of how business will be done in the future. Cisco is currently seeking a Demonstration Engineer to work in our Atlanta,GA Customer Briefing Center. This individual will be responsible for demo design, creation, implementation and delivery of solution based and vertical demos given to customers visiting the CBC. Responsibilities: • Manage the maintenance of demonstrations. • Provide pre-sales support to the field and driving major account opportunities. • Present both technical and business impact of Cisco's technologies and solutions focused directly on the customers business. • Work closely with Field Sales Teams and CBC Program Managers to understand customer and sales teams’ objectives for the demos. • Will work closely with other Cisco organizations (Field Demonstrations Programs, BU, CMO teams, partners, etc) for demo design, creation, updates, implementation and maintenance. • Receives and evaluates input on demos and provides feedback for continuous improvement • Recognize opportunities during the session and will up-sell and cross sell solutions, to assist Account Team to shorten the sales cycle. Requirements • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Products and Solutions. • Demonstrated technical knowledge and extensive customer facing experience. • Excellent Presentation and Demonstration Skills. • Product launch experience beneficial; previous experience with marketing helpful. • Knowledge of Sales Process and Strategies. • Knowledge of Cisco competitors and ability to articulate Cisco's advantages over them. • Excellent customer relationship skills. • Ability to effectively influence and interact with executive-level audience required • Good understanding of business requirements for customer base and ability to translate them into technical requirements. • AV Support and maintenance experience is required for CBC Sites. • Cisco certification is highly desirable. • BS/BA preferred Table.Right {float: Right;text-align: Right;border:0;padding:3px;} DIV.VEclearFloatAfterElement {clear:both;visibility:hidden;height:0px;} Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer Cisco is an E-Verify employer.
