Table.Right {float: Right;text-align: Right;border:0;padding:3px;} DIV.VEclearFloatAfterElement {clear:both;visibility:hidden;height:0px;} Requisition #: R917248 Location: UNITED STATES.VIRGINIA.HERNDON Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager Region: AMERICAS Area of Interest: Cisco Services (Formerly Customer Advocacy) Level of Experience: Experienced - Non Manager Flexible Work Option: Yes Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Lead major client projects and programs in the US Federal Defense area focused on IT Strategy; Technology Lifecycle Management; Business / IT Process; IT Governance; Operations Management; and / or Change Management; Manage, and collaborate with, resources from extended Cisco team and client Lead Program Management Office / Strategic Architecture Office Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior and C-Level IT, business, and clinical clients; act as “executive advisor” in this capacity Scope, estimate, and price client consulting engagements including the approach and structure of the work, deliverables, work estimates, staff requirements, project workplans, timelines, and scope. Lead consulting teams to deliver Federal/DoD client engagements, including: mission and IT requirements, business justification models, business use cases, re-engineered workflows, program plans and roadmaps, organizational designs, change management and communication plans, business and technical architectures, and business capabilities and solutions Manage project resources, budgets, scope, and timelines to plan and communicates status regularly internally and externally with clients, account teams and other Cisco teams Identify key current and possible future problems; solve these problems inter-dependently using professional knowledge, seasoned judgment and through consensus building of multiple parties Convert client deliverables and approaches into reusable practice assets and knowledge capital Support ongoing business development, including: present at client meetings and EBC’s, train field sales staff; conduct client workshops; participate in account planning and BVA sessions; and partner with Federal industry teams; develop strategies and account plans to support solution selling activities Train and develop Advisory Services and client delivery staff including providing direction and support on client deliverables, providing quality assurance, and coaching and mentoring on communication and client interaction Establish and maintain relationships with delivery / implementation partners Knowledge & Skills Required: Proven track record of delivering client programs and projects, highlighted by strong: management skills – including planning and estimating; delivery and deliverable creation; scope management; risk and issue management; and resources and budget management Skilled in the full client delivery lifecycle, including: business planning; data analysis; process analysis and design; business and functional requirements analysis; program roadmap creation; design; build; test; implement and operate Proven business case development skills, including: experience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis and demonstrable experience with Federal Defense area business justification Demonstrated expertise including application of technology and change management for one or more Federal/Defense areas of focus. Proven success working in and/or leading teams using a structured project methodology Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams – multi-company, cross-functional/technical teams – to deliver programs and projects on time and on budget Strong customer executive-facing experience; ability to build client relationships and create client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Strong leadership; communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated executive presence and communication style; communicate persuasively Experience and Education: At least 12 years experience in management / technology consulting with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
