We are looking for results-driven, customer service focused individuals to build a rewarding long-term career with us as an Auto Physical Damage Claims Representative!
Our Auto Physical Damage Claims Representatives will: o Conduct field inspections of vehicles at body shops, tow yards, and other settings to determine what is covered by our insured’s policy and who is responsible for the damages. o Create computerized estimates using the latest technology, company car, laptop, and digital camera in a fast-paced, paperless environment. o Use strong customer service skills to negotiate with auto repair facilities, insureds and claimants to settle the claim.
If you have the following: o Bachelors Degree or an Associates of Applied Science in an automotive program. o Excellent customer service and communication skills. o Eagerness to learn about cars from the inside out. o Outgoing personality and a self-starting attitude who loves being on the go and meeting new people every day. o Valid driver's license.

Candidates must be able to attend a company paid 2 week off-site training course in Westlake, California.

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment, but with exposure to some or all of the following environments when in the field: Uncontrolled outside environmental conditions Excessive Noise Levels Chemicals Chemical/Biological Conditions Moving Mechanical Parts Areas considered dangerous Conditions, which could affect the respiratory system or skin such as: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, oils, smoke, soot, or poor ventilation.
Four-year college degree or an automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or the experience described below.
None. For applicants who do not meet the education requirements, two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required. Must achieve minimum passing scores on all claims training exams.
Communication Personal Computer Literate Valid driver's license Bondable Note: May work non-traditional schedule.
