As a Paralegal for Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for: o Assisting the attorneys in answering interrogatories, interviewing clients, preparing motions and documents for trials, complaints briefs and other legal documents. o Assisting attorneys in interviewing witnesses preparatory to and during trials as needed. o Performing all types of legal support work assigned. o Obtaining, reviewing and summarizing medical records at the direction of trial attorneys.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following: o Bachelors Degree, and the completion of an accredited paralegal program, or the completion of at least one year of law school. o Excellent computer, organization, and time management skills. o A minimum of 3 years experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense. o Significant experience meeting with clients and preparing discovery responses in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
