The position will also coordinate with European and AsiaPac teams. Areas of responsibility include: - Maintain and administer key cash management and ebanking tools. - Assist with acquisition integration as it relates to bank accounts and cash management functions. - Facilitate bank account signature updates for US team and manage administrative documentation for all US, Canada and Latin America geographies. - Coordinate signatures required on bank account documents with the global team. - Daily investment operations reporting - Work with Legal and banking partners to determine bank documentation requirements. - Administrative items such as tracking bank documents circulated for signature and receipt by bank. Coordinating global meeting logistics for Director and Team. - Become subject matter expert on processes and tools to drive technology and process improvements. Skills Required: - Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint and Outlook. - Must be organized with the ability to manage several tasks and activities simultaneously, often with tight schedules and timelines. - Ability to work independently, proactively and with little direction. - Attention to detail in a fast paced and change oriented environment. - Requires demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both orally and in writing with a diverse population of all geographies and levels. - Ability to foster and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners. Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role - Banking or Legal coordination experience preferred but not required. - AA/BA or equivalent experience.
