As such you will be responsible for defining, developing and maintaining a change leadership strategy and driving its execution. In this role you will interact directly with business leaders, managers and key stakeholders and will partner with other members of the team to achieve your objectives. The role will require you to drive engagements across theater/function/organization boundaries and to directly contribute to the success of an enterprise-wide initiative. • Proven success in leading medium to large scale change initiatives with a large, virtual team • Well grounded in program life cycle and full integration to drive effective change leadership • Develop a fully integrated change management plan that drives the success of the program, including engaging stakeholders, effecting behavior change, communicating with various audiences, publicizing results and impacts • Superior business communications (written, verbal, and visual) • Able to work with a wide range of team members and stakeholders, including executives • Demonstrated project management skills and interaction skills (influencing, listening, negotiating, etc.) • Adept at prioritizing work tasks and work on multiple projects effectively, solid project management skills/experience, change management knowledge and strong problem-solving capabilities • Balancing the broad view with attention to detail: absorbing and tracking detail and operating strategically to enable project success • Measure the effectiveness of the change and change leadership efforts by managing and conducting a comprehensive survey strategy, or other appropriate methodologies Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience with leading transformational change efforts • Strong business acumen and executive presence and influencing skills • Excellent leadership and team building capability. • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization; able to work with and through others. • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through complex cross-functional and global teams. Flexible and resilient leader with the ability to gain consensus among others and manage sensitive situations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation, active listening and negotiating skills. • Ability to creatively communicate complex ideas into simple messages and frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate to accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, including strong capacity to partner, work horizontally and bring multiple resources together to accomplish shared goals. • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. • Proven project management skills, high-level analytical, strategic, problem identification and problem solving skills. • Resourceful, independent thinker with a willingness to adopt creative approaches to solve business challenges while being a strong team player and collaborator • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate organizations and people through large-scale change • Experience with Vovici and survey techniques, data collection, analysis, feedback, and skills to diagnose organizational problems. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, large projects and prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery. • Requires minimum of 5-10 years of directly related change management experience • Prefer organizational consulting experience. MBA or related master’s level education a plus.
