The team is looking for a highly skilled program manager to support the World Wide Partner Organizations’ Rebate, Incentives and Performance Management programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing several concurrent projects along with operational responsibilities, worked in a matrix organization, managing multiple teams and proven ability to deliver innovative solutions from start to finish. Role and Responsibilities: •Provide project management supervision for all enhancements and operational activities related to Cisco’s Channel Partner Applications that support the Channels Rebate, Incentives and Performance Management programs. • Responsible for managing the program on-boarding process for the Channels Programs Architecture (CPA) team. •The candidate will be completely accountable for managing business requirements, project scope and risk at the highest level. They will need to control project variances and scope changes and be responsible for managing agreement with business and IT teams. •Responsible for managing all aspects of the planning for the quarterly releases for the applications that support the rebate, incentives and performance management programs. •Responsible for managing the budget for the quarterly releases. •Responsible for managing the Overall Performance Metrics for the CPA team. •Completely understand and own all functionalities of Channel tools within area of responsibility ensure smooth operation and provide highest level of escalation support. •The candidate should have the ability to integrate complex, diverse project activities into a comprehensive solution where projects may consist of: highly specialized functionalities, very aggressive timelines, multiple concurrent tasks, tight budgets, span multiple cross-functional areas and global geographies. • The candidate will need to help drive to resolution, high-level operational and customer issues while maintaining strong attention to detail and focus on task completion. •Reporting of project status on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis will be required in addition to participation in project reviews and adherence to project management standards. Essential traits: •A demonstrated ability to manage relationships and people is key. Able to liaise and influence multiple business, IT, management and third-party vendor teams. •A solid technical background will enable the candidate to understand issues and obstacles in order to make accurate technology decisions and convey these challenges to stakeholders with concise and lucid explanations. •Written and verbal communication skills are critical. The ideal candidate will need to ensure clear communication across projects and gain commitment from stakeholders to achieve overall project goals. •Successful candidate must have strong experience balancing stakeholder needs with development resources and make prudent decisions. •Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues in a cross-functional environment. •History of accomplishments and initiative. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently. •Planning, scheduling and time management skills. •Flexible and able to cope with changing role requirements.
