In this role, the [MDH] Business Views team partners cross-functionally with various organizations including Sales Operations, Service Sales Operations, IT, Enterprise Data Solutions, and internal to Finance with Global Shared Services, Market Segment Finance, Sales and Service Finance, FP&A, Strategic Planning, Corporate Procurement, andCorporate Accounting, The individual in this role must effectively engage with senior finance executives and leaders across Cisco. This role reports to the Director of Decision Architecture. The Sr. Mgr, role primarily consists of: Establishing a vision of the end state, and the operational plan for establishing business views for all functional clients of Finance. Facilitating the creation of common definitions of hierarchies across all functions of the company for key measures of the business. Designing the process architecture and business rules that will control how data flows financial processes and systems, and how that data is validated to ensure ongoing pristine data quality for all users. Partnering with cross functional partners to define infrastructure and operational plans and influence the sequencing of integration across the enterprise. Key Skills Required CPA/MBA, with 10+ years finance/accounting experience 5+ years of experience designing, planning, deploying, and operating financial process and systems across planning/budgeting, forecasting, recording actuals, and management reporting. • Knowledge of high fiduciary requirement environments, such as financial or investment institutions. • Leading-edge strategic, financial, portfolio management and analytical skills • Strong business partnership skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Excellent communication and influencing skills. • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop teams. • Motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
