This leadership opportunity will supervise attorneys and/or staff in the House Counsel Florida PIP Litigation group, which includes handling an inventory of cases consistent with the level of management responsibilities. The is position will include employment decisions, performance management, compensation and reward planning, employee development and monitoring of department budget.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Juris Doctorate required
- Florida PIP litigation experience required
- Member of the Bar in the state of Florida
- Management skills preferred
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of medical and other technical information
- Thorough understanding and excellent working knowledge of applicable laws and rules such as evidence, civil procedure, trial practice, and tort
- Ability to execute organizational strategy
- Recognizes and understands the legal issues in personal injury and insurance coverage litigation
- Excellent client/claims customer skills
- Maintains a diary on all files for follow up
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective team player
