Our Product Managers are empowered with profit and loss responsibility to manage and grow their area of the business. A Product Manager's primary role is to develop a comprehensive strategy that positions Progressive's products to meet clients' needs, build company revenues, outperform competitors and achieve corporate objectives. Becoming a Product Manager offers general management experience as you work with various functional groups ensuring strategic development and profitable growth for your state(s). In this role, you will develop the business strategy and lead its implementation.
