An exciting opportunity exists for a strong project leader and quantitatively-oriented data analyst in the Global group of Claims Control. The Global group's goals are to: make Claims Control and Progressive a great place to work; proactively identify, escalate and mitigate organizational risk and optimize opportunity; partner with our customers to produce recommendations, tools and analysis that assists our customers be more efficient and accurate (find solutions to business problems); and identify, recommend and support innovative change, cost optimization, and best practices. This position will be primarily responsible for end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium sized projects for the front-end Centralized Services groups: Central Loss Reporting Unit (First Notice of Loss call centers), National Glass Unit (glass only claims handling), and Centralized Claims Unit (small loss claims handling). Some specific projects associated with those groups include: CCU Team Based Handling, CLRU Method of Inspection, and CLRU eLoyalty (vendor-based behavioral analytics). The position may also help support projects in the Customer and File Owner programs and offers an excellent opportunity to interact with a variety of business and process leaders in the Claims organization. The successful candidate will need to project manage their assignments, lead others in managing 2-3 projects at a time, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, and effectively communicate the results and insights of their analyses to a diverse stakeholder group inclusive of peers, senior analysts, and Claims leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to tackle ambiguous business situations and drive actionable solutions with minimal oversight. Qualifications: Required
