Insurance Claims Investigator (SIU Investigator) As ultimate fact finders, our Insurance Claims Investigators investigate potential claims fraud, including physical damage and medical with an emphasis on staged losses and medical provider misconduct. In this critical role, you will conduct informational research, perform field investigations and network with law enforcement, anti-fraud organizations and peer companies. An ideal candidate has proven experience handling detailed investigations, excellent interviewing skills, and a strong understanding of medical fraud issues. As a member of our SIU organization, you will play an instrumental role in protecting our company, employees and customers from the significant impact of insurance fraud.
