Position Summary: The Strategic Alliance Executive will be responsible for the growth and profitability generated from their assigned agency customers. These enterprises will be either national or regional in market reach and operational model. As the Strategic Alliance Executive, and a key leader within the agency group, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop business to business relationships with new partners as well as existing national insurance companies and agencies. Your growth and profit building, influencing, and sales skills will be put to good use when you interact with senior executives - both inside and outside of Progressive. You will be empowered to make decisions on the compensation to our agents, design of processes and methods for producing and maintaining policies at the agent level and internal Progressive practices to support the agency operation. We're searching for someone who knows how to think critically and creatively to find new opportunities for incremental growth and profit.
