-Types a variety of correspondence, contracts, leases, permits, agreements, forms, reports and specifications, which includes a wide variety of technical terminology, utilizing a personal computer.
-Prepares documents in draft and final form, and assembles with copies and attachments for mailing.
-Serves as a receptionist for the Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) exercising tact, discretion and diplomacy.
-Checks and assures the accuracy of Time and Attendance (T&A) information, and responsible for securing travel arrangements and typing travel authorizations/vouchers for WYAO employees and processes training requests.
-Uses initiative in setting up and maintaining office files and records as directed by the supervisor.
-Arranges for meetings or conferences including selecting mutually satisfactory time, reserving meeting rooms, and notifying participants.
