Progressive is searching for an experienced corporate lawyer for its Law Department in suburban Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have had several years of solid corporate and securities law experience, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the federal securities laws and regulations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Juris doctorate required. - Broad-based transactional and compliance experience. - At least 4 years of corporate and securities law experience. - Ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of federal securities laws and regulations, including the Dodd-Frank Act. - Strong drafting, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with high ethical standards. - Outstanding academic and professional credentials. - An active member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.
