Currently we are seeking an energetic, driven, results-oriented:

Marketing Manager - Thermax

Qualified candidates will posses:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of marketing or strategic management experience.
• Prior experience within an Aerospace/Defense industrial vertical market preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering results in strategic and/or marketing roles.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with end users and convey the voice of the customer.
• Ability to think expansively and aim for breakthrough performance.

Core responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing vertical market plans that are focused on market share growth, organic growth, and new product identifications and development for a specific vertical(s).
• Developing value propositions and roadmaps for the market by developing solutions that capitalize on the synergy of all products and services within the Belden industrial product portfolio.
• Serving as voice of the customer (VOC) and identifying opportunities to serve the customer and grow the market.
• Communicating required breakthroughs in core technology to the Engineering organizations and champion the development of the technology.
• Communicating with the Product Managers regarding changes, improvements, or deletions in the product set.
• Supporting and recommending changes to sales tools as well as the identification and development of new toolkits.
