The Medical Rep Assoc is responsible for analysis and adjustment of moderately complex medical claims. Introduction to this position will involve continued mentorship in the handling of medical claims of low complexity. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Proficient in the use of Claimstation and internet. - Knowledge of medical coding rules and local statutes. - Proficient in coverage investigations. - Must be able to make payment decisions. - Must be able to understand medical terminology. - Strong Customer Service skills. |
