Under moderate supervision address and resolves general and the most complex customer inquiries, policy and billing questions, policy transactions and other issues related to 21st Century insurance products and services to improve customer satisfaction, promote the company’s image and goodwill, and enhance the customer’s service experience in accordance with departmental operating policies, procedures and practices.



21st Century Insurance has 3 openings in their Universal Help Desk in their Lake Mary, FL location.

Open shifts are:

Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Bilingual

Sunday to Thursday - 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Tuesday to Saturday - 11:00 am to 8:00 pm


Team leads are responsible for:
-Addressing standard and customary inbound/outbound inquiries from customers.

-Assessing and resolving inquiries at all levels of complexity accurately and promptly to ensure inquiries are handled the first time to prevent repeat customer contact.

-Other projects as assigned



Bilingual is preferred
Sales and Service experience is preferred



Required job duties are essentially sedentary in nature, consisting of occasional walking, standing, lifting and/or carrying ten (10) pounds maximum, typing, reaching, pushing, pulling, writing, seeing, speaking, and hearing.



Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.



High School Diploma. P & C or Personal Lines Insurance license for states serviced.



Two (2) years in progressively more responsible positions in 21st Century customer care including six (6) months as a Sr. Service Ad vocate, or three (3) years in a customer service environment with one (1) year in a contact center environment.



Organizational skills to handle high volume, diverse, and detailed work assignments. Basic leadership skills.
