Job Responsibilities: The following reflects the essential functions for this position, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned:

  • Through telephone and email communication, develop partnerships with existing customers by presenting current contracts, offering samples, and following up accordingly.
  • While representing Tronex in the best possible fashion, effectively demonstrate the value of Tronex and its products and services.
  • Establish, build and expand relationships with national clients
  • Proactively contact customers on a consistent basis to promote positive relationship building
  • Effectively work with multi-functional team members to meet customer needs
  • Attain thorough fluency of company products and customer industries
  • Adapt to and represent company culture/image, both internally and externally
  • Become a trust advisor to clients by learning and anticipating their needs

Job Requirements/Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Relevant business major preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years managing national corporate client accounts
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare, hospitality, or food service industries
  • Superior oral, telephone, written, and communication and presentation skills
  • Keen sense of urgency in responding to and delivering upon customer needs
  • Exceptional prioritization, multi-tasking, project- and time-management skills
  • Must have ability to develop long-term, trusting relationships with national clients within the healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or food service industries.
  • Must be passionately committed to service, responsiveness, and to the highest standards of accuracy and excellence.
  • Self-driven with charisma and passion to project professional company image
