WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?

Various duties depending on department
Entry level training on office support systems
Clerical duties such as filing, data entry and miscellaneous mail handling
Special projects as assigned
Works under close supervision


WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?

Good communication skills, both oral and written
General computer knowledge
Ability to work in team environment


ITEMS OF NOTE

Work schedule requires the employee to make commitment to work from the hire date to the end of summer program without excessive requests for time off
Position is not eligible for merit increase or Performance Cash


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State Farm Bank provides banking products and financial services for State Farm customers. The Bank works closely with State Farm Agents to assist them in the delivery and support of these products and services. The Bank also works with other internal departments such as Marketing and Agency to accomplish their goals. Departments are staffed with various levels of management, analytical and support level personnel.

This role is a temporary position helping in the Bank Operational Risk Assessment Team. The Bank Operational Risk Assessment Team is responsible for conducting risk and control assessments by direction from the Chief Administration Officer.

Eligibility
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. State Farm only provides sponsorship when there is a business need.
