Financial Controller, Edison, NJ & commutable area. Review & analyze activities of the co to enforce laws & regs & to ensure legality of transactions & operations or fin'l solvency. Review & analyze & implement new, proposed, or revised fin'l laws, regs, policies, & procedures & interpret their meaning & determine their impact. Dev, maintain & analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Dev, implement, modify & document recordkeeping & acctg systs using the ORION fin'l sftwr. Mstr's or equiv in Acctg or Commerce w/min 6 mos in position offered or as a VP- Finance, Chartered Accountant, Auditor or a related job reqd. Any suitable combo of educ, training or exp reqd.
