The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing training and development programs for the Americas Services Sales team. What is expected of you to achieve success: • Demonstrates working knowledge of Cisco Services Portfolio / solutions in order to customize training for sales teams • Demonstrates excellent communication skills to design and deliver meaningful sales training and development • Identifies opportunities to improve training efficiency and sales productivity • Seeks out initiatives and projects that will broaden experiences, skill sets and support critical organizational decisions Responsibilities: • Partners with leaders and employees in the organization to determine current and future development needs based on organizational goals and objectives • Designs and administers development training programs • Through the collaboration of the technical experts, this role creates job specific training materials and resource manuals • Makes recommendations on training media and evaluates training effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance • Gives input into the annual budget and training plan • Develops and maintains productive relationships with stakeholders.
